About Cary

From Colonel to Coach

I discovered the power of coaching during my 34 years as an officer and leader in the Arkansas Army National Guard. Drawing on my career as a military leader, two Master’s degrees, and certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, I’ve turned my passion for leadership coaching into a client-focused practice.

Real World Experience

I launched Focus 4 Fulfillment in 2014 after becoming an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I have one simple goal: to help you find a new level of purpose and performance.

Vision, Mission, and Values

Great coaching isn’t just about career highlights. Earning an M.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College helped me understand why effective leadership calls for influence and motivation. I pass those skills and lessons on to my clients.

1. Being a champion for others, not myself.
2. Recognizing the innate talents and abilities of my clients during times of opportunity and transition.

A Commitment to Service

Even as a small business owner, I continue to serve the military – as well as my church and family. If you feel like you don’t have the balance you need in your life, or aren’t finding fulfillment in your work, I can help you find the way forward.
